I used to do this by hosting a private server and having two vcopies of the game installed but I can't do that anymore. I am playing on an old macbook, too stupid to figure out how to get a porting kit and plugy to work on 1.14d. Anyone have any solutions? Could anyone just host a game in open and let me do my thing? Just gotta move around some low level items i found for a character I'd like to make. really wish I could have some sort of shared stash but oh well.

If you can install d2r you could copy save file and load char into d2r - use shared stash to xfer then drop new save files back into legacy

troublesome problems

you could just use local games and open 2 d2s

Gomule is better, if you want to organize items.

Just to get items across chars it doesn't matter tho
