Magic items will get 1 or 2 sockets from Larzuk.

3 sockets or more is a suffix/prefix the item needs to roll.

Just for completeness, in 1.07 a Kiteshield would get 1-3, with 50% chance for 3, since it will roll for 4

So you could have a chromatic KS of deflection with 3s

sadly no monarch, because monarchs couldnt spawn with 4
