3 OS long bow or the faster 3OS bow ?

A challenge after my heart, i usually start hc ladder seasons out with a bowa.

When using bows with elemental damage, it is usually best to use faster bows. But that bow is going to be a good damaging bow for normal anyway. The beauty part of it is that used with multishot, the damage is timed with the amount of arrows.
