I have been playing a fury druid (on d2R) for the last... 3-4 weeks. I like it because I hold down right click and run around killing stuff. Occasionally I have to keep feral rage up or recast a dumb summon.. but it's pretty brain dread. And that's good because I don't have a brain.

The druid is pretty strong. Low eth 3os tomb (zod and ias/ed jewels), durress, g face, gores, atmas, loh, anni, torch. I can do player 8 pretty well but usually stick to players 1.

I realized I haven't found anything useful in like 3-4 weeks (I found a cham a while ago which is pretty cool). I mostly do chaos runs by myself or sometimes host chaos walk games if I'm feeling like I can pick stuff up quickly. Sometimes I do trav, worldstone 1,2,3, the guy by fridged highlands wp. I also often join act x games and help them as far as they want to go. I feel like I'm pretty quick (obviously not as quick as anything with teleport) but am curious if people have seen success with fury druids for finding stuff? Are there tips for being more efficient? (I kill fast, I have feral charged all the time pretty much, I have an act 1 merc with harmony on it for vigor). Should I just chalk it up to RNG + slow pvm build that shouldn't really expect to find much? I guess I compare to when D2R started and I was playing a budget hammerdin and found a lot of things (which would still be valuable in d2R's weirdly high economy) and feel like compared to that speed/time played I should have found an HR or a neat unique or something by now :(

Thanks

My guess is that your runs were a lot faster with your hammerdin, because hammers are AOE damage and Fury is only sorta AOE

In terms of efficiency, a hammerdin would be faster. But if you enjoy your current build more, maybe it's best to just keep going with it. :)
