Just looking for advice

15/40 jewel if you can hit the next IAS breakpoint (22, 44, 75). But I'd personally use either Shael if I can hit the next breakpoint or amn if I can't. I move my equipment around so I'd rather be flexible and just use cheap runes.

PS: Congrats and I hate you btw. I'm still looking for one for my 1.10a farmer.

Thanks for the answer I'm think socket it and benefit with my merc for a bit I'm worried that putting one in would ruin it for trade later. Both of yalls answer seems to point to 15/40 being the optimal for use and vending off eventually

On the merc? Well since the item is fresh I honestly haven't geared him into but I am relieved to have an opportunity to run something besides my insight which is at 210 str so my merc needed an item to push to that which limited play around. What would you maybe recommend

My sorce is lightning lady and she heals up and mana regens pretty well on her own with my bk and soj so the insight being good is kinda nixed at this point

There are plenty of other options, but I consider those 'end game' for my reaper merc personally

40ed 15ias (its not worthy to give it to merc) so 30+ ed 15ias

You're saying it's not worth it to waste the 15 40 (the value of jewel is to nice?) So use the one right under correct?
