Hi everyone,

As a zealot, soon in hell I am worried about physical immunes.
I play hc only and my char have 0 broken items like big rw’s anni and such.
I will use Schaefer hammer (which I love so much, got two on my 85 frenzy Barb still alive and doing cs runs with lot of fun, despite the animation bug in resurrected grrr) perf guardian angel ( was so happy bout that find) HoZ, string, and Guillaume face.
I have a 4 is zerker axe and was seriously thinking about passion along with a kokomal shield on switch ( can’t afford a second HoZ) and use BERSERK.
After all the Pala is the king of block and guily + kokomal will give high fast hit recovery.
Or simply sink a few points in vengeance as Schaefer deal a lot of physical damage ( of c it’s nothing vs grief or other broken rws that makes the game a one button wonder show) ?
Any zealot lover’s here to give a think about this ?

you could try eth lacerator

it's a pretty nice zeal weapon as it casts amp dmg every third hit (removing most physical immunities)

downside is that it makes monsters flee every second hit.. ruins it...

wait it makes monsters flee? dang I'm gonna have to see this for myself.

Easiest solution is to have merc cast decripify.

Use an A5 lawbringer wielding merc if you don’t have a reapers toll

Thanks a lot for the answer, but I move with charge, my Merc don't keep up with me, when he finally reaches me all is already dead at least I gain his aura when he finally come near me. For the moment I go on passion switch.
The controller changed the game for me, I can now use all abilities without having to use a shortcut first THEN the mouse click. I play 10 times better with controller, and on the big oled tv, the game is outstanding in 4k. I think I have secretly waited for d2 controller support for all those years
Before I had to shortcut charge instead of zeal,click charge, then shortcut back to zeal on each pack, now I just press buttons, damn this change the game so hard, and I don't even talk about the way more complex chars like hybrid sin.
I would never, never though d2 could work so freaking well with a controller. They done an outstanding job on this, using 10+ skills in a row on each of my char is really a pleasure now. Was a real pain before.

azurewrath on swap may also help, maybe add tiamat's rebuke for more ele dmg

Damn excellent idea, depending the price on trade I may try one, I always wanted to use one

another option is the passion rw which gives berserk but I think it'll be much slower compared to azure since you won't be using zeal.

In fact that's what I was going for, and I will maintain it, because azure requiers too much dext, I literally don't put any point in dext as Guardian angel and zaka, on holy shield, gives 75% chance block with liutterally no dext, and pala as huge attack rating coming from Fanaticism (or whatever its called :p) , even Ga gives ar on demon, gonna stick with Passion,
it will be slower, but with fana should be ok on my perkier axe, seems the best option overall. As I don't have the broken bo rw, better use this switch possibility for something.
When I see the incredible result Hellrack (5fg for a perfect one on trade ) gives on hell on my buriza bowa, with the native immolation arrow, I can literally breeze through hell with that lil thing

1 point Sanctuary for physical immune undeads. 1 point Conviction and Vengeance if you have decent weapon damage.

Decrepify or Amplify Damage from a merc will be fine. There really aren't many physical immunes that you need to kill anyway.


Passion has Hit Causes Monster To Flee which is extremely annoying and slows down kill speed.
