Hello.
My goal is to roll jeweler's magic armor of the whale (4soc/high life) in Horadric Cube with perfect gems. I already have an armor with alvl between 55 and 59.
My question is does my character level affect the roll in any way ? Does it matter which difficulty my game is in when I'm rolling ?
