For switch you have 2 HotO for fast teleport and +6 BO or you can use 2 Spectra Shap if your leech ring have 10fcr to reach the 105fcr breakpoint and +2BO
Or if you are using forty, just a couple or +3 warcry weapons will do on switch
Or you can use Lacerator on switch for immunes, but you can always kill them with Berserk, even with one point on it.
Might merc, either with The reaper's tolls with IAS jewel, Guillaume's Face with IAS jewel and Treachery to proc drecrepy, or Pride merc with any +4 skills in helm/armor (like andariel visage + chain of honor) if you are using forty, since he is going to be behind but conc aura probably is going to reach you anyway.
