I am working on a budget PVM build since I can't afford Grief. I might try out a lacerator + oath phase blade

Why phaseblade?

-80ias on the PB and I can cast Heart of Wolverine
-enough -ias on the lacerator +AMP cast (33%) as the off-hand weapon

This will put the IAS BP somewhere near where my 3X Sheal non-eth Tomb Reaver is (-110ias)
I think the ias BP is 105 in Werewolf for the frames I am targeting


Maybe even use an eth lacerator as the main hand and then the Oath PB as the offhand for more damage... boosted by Heart of the Wolverine


Duress+Gore riders + lacerator would put the CB at 30% and OW at 76%


Or scrap the Oath, and use a sheal'd azurewrath. HoW can be casted using wisp projector
Any thoughts?
