This isnt an exaggeration, Ive been playing a Freezing/explosive arrow Bowzon since launch (now at lvl 86) and NO MATTER how many players we are in game, either doing CS or Baal runs (even before that when I used to kill bosses with other players for quests) Im 100% !!!!! of the time being targeted by bosses. Diablo will constantly fire his friggin lazer beams at me and follow my movements, if I try to run away he will start chasing after me, Baal will CONSTANTLY face in my direction and spam his spells toward me, if I run away he will instantly teleport towards me. Clearly theres some hidden mechanics behind their AI that follows some kind of logic. Right now my only guess is that since there are so many Sorcs,pallies and wtv else and that Amazons are nearly inexistant, the AI uses alphabetical order with classes name and focuses on the class that begins with an A.
I just cant find any other logic behind this as Im clearly not the main damage dealer since Im a friggin bowzon and constantly have to dodge spells, I could be standing far away or glued to the boss like everyone else and I will STILL be the main target. This is honestly pissing me off and feels like Im being cheated in some ways.
Edit: Im on console by the way, PS5 more precisely.
