Would a fire sorc or blizz sorc be more efficient for farming meph? The sorc is level 63 currently and I'm playing remastered. I plan on using this char to farm for gear for any other chars as well as for her so I want to know what would be the safest/highest damage (fire vs cold). I only have spirit, otherwise my gear is nothing special.

He has slightly less cold resist in NM.

Frozen Orb destroys all of NM easy.

200% fcr static/nova sorc with insight/prayer merc.

Blizz, just static him a few times, cast blizz and spam ice blast while its on cooldown

Any specific reason why you would farm nm meph?
I mean. It doesnt require endgame gear at all to farm meph comfortably on hell

I’m doing single player hardcore mode players 8 for progression so I want to make sure the char wouldn’t end up getting killed randomly. Plus I want to farm for gear that other chars can use in normal/nightmare as well

been experimenting with firewall/frz orb combo. quite deadly with just a spirit shield/sword magefist/chancies and +2fire headpiece. cheap build that kills even hell meph in seconds. also very fun to play. Although mf is not quite high there is some there to pop uniques and good fcr and fhr breakpoints to get yourself out of trouble. A glass cannon when it comes to council, but all other places in hell mausoleum,pits, tunnels, and lower kurast are ez'd in hell.
