Figured I'd share since most people seem to think mercs in ubers are worthless and die or cost 8 hrs to keep alive
Lvl 85 offensive merc.
Gear:
Eth thresher obedience. Does 991 damage (this is important so he hits the fastest a2 merc attack frame possible.)
Eth treachery
Non eth 8 LL 19 DR vamp gaze.
Just had him live through all of mini ubers plus uber trist without any potions.
The level 22 enchant and fanat gives him the AR to actually hit often enough to live off my life tap. His 40% crushing blow and might aura helped my clear speed tremendously.
He has a 4.5 Frame attack speed and a 6 frame FHR from obedience and treach.
25-30 res from Obedience and 60 res from fade made it so uber Meph didn't completely wreck him.
34 DR from fade and vamp gaze.
Does about 9.5K physical with might, fanatasim, and another 500 from his own enchant from obedience and venom from fade.
All of that gear for the highest runes being a Lem, ko and fal. And 50s
