Which build can clear reasonable fast WST2+3+Throne and doesn't succomb to Fana/Might Moonlords?

yes this or something with good FHR and max block. also need a good life pool and max res for those pesky element enchanted fana moonlords.

alternatively assassins can do anything with mindblast

All classes have their way(-s) to deal with fana lords, assassin has cos & mb, necro has many curses (dim vision, attract, decrepit terror,...), java or sorc kill before they can reach them, barb has leap/battle cry, and so on ...

I think you'd better say wich class(-es) you like, and ask for gameplay advices for that (those) class(-es)

cold sorc should be ok, but you need to cast in advance.
