hi im a lite sorc and have 326 mf rn w/ occy instead of hoto. wondering if the trade off of mf vs resistance is worth it. I can cleaar eveerything but nih (and I do need dem D keys), but I still die there with hoto depending. Also wondering if I should buy more mf scs or just stick with what I got and keep inventory space for picking shit up.

D keys aren’t affected by mf. You can look up mf diminishing returns chart and see if it’s to your liking. Like always kill speed and survive are both important too.

ya im familiar.. I meant hoto might keep me alive to get the D keys faster

200-400mf is imo the best amount to have on a mf character, if with 320 you get your butt kicked by nhila, you are doing something wrong or you carry to much mf
haven't played light sorc in a while but i remember just standing 1 screen way and spamming chain lightning then teleporting in a spot where they were no corpse for him to explode on me, skipped him when he was light immun
E: charged bolt deals a MASSIVE amount of damage, maybe try to stomp him when he is not light immun?

ah so I didnt realize the corpse explosion mechanic. Just looked it up. Makes a lot of sense haha clearing fine now at further range, well most of the time it's fine. Thanks for the heads up

when doing nith use a natures peace ring it disables the corpse explosion.

326 is more than enough. I aim for 200-300 max.
