helm, if you can find a 2os barb helm with some good + bonuses, you can throw a lore in it for cheap
armor, you could go stealth or like a crow caw
ammy, you could snag a +barb skills one, or a low cost option is an eye of the etlich- nice life steal, 1 all skills, and def against missiles
rings, ravent frost or dwarf star are great options, perfect manald is very usefull to carry your mana
boots, gore riders
gloves, venomgrip, gravepalms, goulhides
belt, string of ears
weapons, get yourself a butcher's pupil and you will shred through people, pair it with another nice axe for cbat masteries buffs
charms, if you want some, go for FHR + other mods, fhr always great on barb especially during leveling
