Hey Friends!

Years back i had a Bow Ama - with actual nice EQ, like 120/45 Life Helmet and so on.
So she was not a low budget Project.

I actually want to bring her back but i dont remember anything.
After reading some other guides im totally confused right now

Can someone please tell me what gear i should get? (not the high end stuff like 120/45, but pretty decent stuff - faith, pride and so on will be np)
And for sure what i have to skill.
I can remember that i played a lot with multishoot and guided i think, so mostly physical dmg.

i dont want a huge discussion about all this, just some advice which gear/skills is/are the best.

You need to chose faith merc (fana) or nightmare a2 merc that has might aura.(u can give him runeword pride)

The following guide is based on Windforce, Strafe with Freezing Arrow Build, so you can change setups to your preference as long as you reach the IAS breakpoints shown in section 3. You may find some other tips there, also, the links are broken, but I am sure they are easy to google... hope it helps:

im going for faith with a2 pride merc.

max strafe i think.

but other stats? got titans in switch for phys immunes.

do i need cs or just stab?

Passive skills are actually the most confusing skills for me so far.

he has fake hero editor items, so following him is pointless.

Faith and pride is fine.

I don't like strafe as it keeps you stationary, but it's fine.

For passives, I max crit and penetrate, put on in the rest.

for phys immunes you can do magic arrow as well.

stab should be fine.

PvM: Only passives you really want are;
Valk (I normally max and hope for skill level 27)
Pierce (if using razortail belt, you only need 9 skill points including gear)
and maybe Penetrate.

Thing is, I am guessing you won't be using a Razortail belt because you want to reach the 95% IAS breakpoint ... also dependent on bow you use... GMB hard slog.

Let us see if using a GMB:

Helm: There are 2 of them that can get you 45% IAS... the 3 Socketed Diadem/Circlet (Artisans of ???) and M'Avinas Diadem with 1 Socket... all jewels are 15% ias and say 40% enhanced damage... I think someone else can explain a different jewel with 15% ias... been awhile)
Glove: LoH = 20% IAS
Amulet: Highlords or Cats Eye = 20% IAS
= 85% IAS ... so then you need a belt to cover the last 10% ... Nosferatus I think or Goldwrap (upped) ... Think Goldwrap comes with 10% ias.

So... then you just need armor, boots and 2 rings.
War Trav for the damage increase, the MF is just a bonus
Fortitude armor ... for res / ed etc.
Ravenfrost (CBF, dex & AR)
Rare/Crafted Ring with Dual leech and maybe some strength for gear.

That is basically your choices for gear.

As for skills.

Strafe you mentioned. So you can either go the physical route and Guided Arrow (I don't use it)... Freezing Arrow for Freezing packs (excluding Immunes & 0 Chill effect monsters) and it only has one(1) synergy that increases cold damage, so ignore the other one. As for fire bow skill... never really got to like it and stayed away from it, so I can not mention anymore on this.

So, with your setup I added there when using a Faith GMB and reaching 95% ias breakpoint, you don't have any Amp curse for more damage, nor to you have Knockback which comes in handy vs boss.

Now, this means you need to either concentrate on Pierce &/or Critical Strike... so maybe Pierce before diminishing returns and then CS.

i have a perf faith in shadow bow which i want to use.
so i think razor will be fine then.

rest of gear so far would be:

2 ama 30 frw circ with some adds (2x 15/40)
faith shadow bow
cats eye
raven / rare leech ring with str / dex
WT's
crafted 2 passive sk / 20 ias / kb gloves
razor?
torch and anni ofc.
switch is eth upd titans/storm - i guess for bosses and phys immunes (thats why i asked if its necessery to skill cs and not just stab)

could you adjust the skills for me then?

ah and btw - statting 'full' dex or more likely vita with this pvm build?

I don't use Titans on switch, so I am sorry but can not give you any advice... I just use Strafe vs bosses, but then I have good leech. I also use Enchant from Demonlimb in chest and then switch to life tap wand for boss encounters. (note: SP /P8 Hardcore... been awhile in group runs on B.net)
