i hardly believe there is any setup to keep ur merc alive mby some teleport from urself or sth but thats such a waste of time

There is probably some combination of setup and strategy that will keep him alive for baal and diablo but meph will almost certainly kill him.

You could proc fade with a treachery then switch it out for a high def e fort/stone,
proc enchant with obedience or demon limb to help guarentee hits
Switch wep out for something stupid fast with lots of ias/leech like ebotd to keep tapping off your life tap
Then some crazy res/ias helmet

The problem is he has no bloc n die
