Hi y'all. Hoping to have him reviewed before I open my portals tomorrow morning. This will be my first time fighting organ bosses & ubers.

Helm - gface no socket
Armor - guardian angel no socket
R1: 18 dext 230 AR raven frost
R2: 11@res + 19 lr rare (30 total lr)
Glove: LOH (the 20 ias has value when I drop fanaticism for salv in mephisto fight)
Boot: 23 lr / 35 fr / 9 pr rare (my 20 mf boots from sorc)
Amulet: 7 str / 13 dext / 19@res + 10 fr (29 total fr) rare
Shield: Spirit in 42@res akaran
Weapon: Shael'd Fleshripper
Belt: 14% dr soe

Switch: lvl 5 life tap charge wand / garbo spirit in 9@res crown shield (to maintain 86 fhr bp & some fcr / resists while casting tap)

Prebuff: Treachery

Some @res scs / lcs, 13 stat 12@res anni, some lr / fr charms, some life charms

Stats: 86 fhr bp on main & switch, 6 frame smite with fanat (7 frame with salv in meph fight), 60% cb, open wounds, cbf, max block, 29% dr, 92fr/90cr/93lr/90pr sufficiently overstacked, 1410 life, 10645 defense, 876 - 948 smite dmg, 30 fcr switch for 12 frame life tap charge

Skill tree at level 85 is:
20 pt smite
1 pt charged bolt, charge, hammer
20 pt holy shield
1 pt might, blessed aim, concentration
20 pt fanat
1 pt salv
19 pt defiance
6 pt resist lightning
4 pt resist fire

I do not have a pair of dracs- how much of an issue is it that I will need to switch to tap? Through charms / prebuff / 1 hard pt in salvation, I can maintain 93 lightning resistance under Mephisto. I do not have cta. Should I consider dropping some "extra skill points" to access zeal in organ fights? my AR would be low. I could exchange R2 for a cute AR @res ring, gloves for magnus skin, and drop life charms for single type resistance charms accordingly.

Organ hunting.

Hmm...

Sands ( a lot of immune phys) so hopefully Durial is just north of the Portal.

Lillith will be a major problem, especially with Archers around while trying to find her.

Totally forgot the 3rd one... maybe did not have much impact compared to the others.

Hmm... don't have dracs, don't have Exile ... only life tap wand, check the duration of the level of the Life Tap on the wand and work from there, personally I would do some countess / kurast runs for runes and easy areas to find a Sacred Targe that is Eth with 4 sockets and 40+ Res to make Exile (think this is correct that Exile is indestructible for an Eth shield)

Would atleast try to fit *some* tap on proc, even if just dracs. 3 ez choice for LT on proc, Drac, Exile, LW

You might be ok without CtA with smart use of tap charges, salv during meph, hopefully you have enough ias off gear for your smite without fana
for organs try to charge past everything, mobs will hurt pretty decent in your set up especially archers as someone mentioned above, other mobs can suck too with less optimal set ups so just try to get past it all fast and safe. You may have to
tap and attack as you run by in some instances where pathing is obstructed

probs personal preference also but I always do 10 points into resist fire for +5% passive and 10 points into light for +5% passive over pumping defiance for HS synergy. YMMV

If lillith is difficult for you in this set up try drinking 4-6 antidotes before fighting her for +10% max psn res and junk

Awesome advice... just to add to your last line in your post... 10 antidotes, not 4-6... once you found Lillith... portal to town in a safe corridor, then drink antidotes and re-enter TP (put up another one for escaping) ... this helps a lot.

Oh.. I am unaware of the OP's knowledge of the game or their play style, so please do NOT get offended if my post belittled your knowledge in doing this already. :)

Each antitidote grants it's effects +30s, 4-6 or so the most I do and usually still have the effect persist up to or past the next organ boss, not that what you say is wrong, if you need more time drink more if you dont, don't lol. Same for thaws though but I rarely if ever go for them myself.

Also, ymmv but I just drink antitodes right before going into matrons. I just charge by all the mobs skipping basically all of them, run to lillith, kill her, leave. Each organ run goes really fast ime, and if you have an even just decent set up with some tap antidotes become a totally excessive pre buff that you can skip altogether.

I have goblins. do you think 85% cb vs. 60% is better than keeping my resists maxed under mephi? I don't have that much more to move around in terms of sourcing resists from other places.
