Always Shako, Crown of Ages is not really a PvM helm.

Already got the 48FHR breakpoint from Spirit shield alone, not to mention you have 2-frame block with Holy Shield so it's kind of irrelevant, same with DR

Resistances can be easily maxed via other sources (HotO, Spirit in pala shield with res, Mara's, charms).

Shako with Ber (8% DR) or Lo (+5% Max Light Res)

I personally think it just depends. Both helms are godly. On a hdin tho shako be good. If you were a smiter id say dr is nice with extra res and fhr. Hammers wont get put in fhr so less need imo.

CoA is more for PvP. Shako for PvM
