It'll break most physical immunities, yeah. If you get a monster that's already immune to physical (ghost for example) spawn as unique with stone skin modifier, it won't break stuff like that, but that's a rare occurance :)

Exceptions are some type rare monsters that spawn with stone skin add or ghostly champion monsters, so only very few of them
