Just found a ETH Death Cleaver and was thinking about what barb build that would fit with this item?
Is whirlwind barb a solid build with this item? I was thinking that whirlwind can't use deadly strike but I might be wrong?

Best use of it is zeal Pala
And no ww barb only options are 2x griefPB or BotD war pike

Ww can use deadly strike, not sure where you heard that it wouldnt
You can use it if you have nothing better, but even a low grief is much much stronger option
