Is nightmare anya the best choice for finding 3passive20ias gloves before going to hell?

Cow portal next to Charsi is another option, I think character level determines the prefixes/suffixes available.

Good point, ive been able to find 3passive 10ias i wonder if ive jusy wasted hours looking for them

I found my 3 java 20 ias at anya nm in about 20 minutes. Not sure what lvl I was.. Around 70.
To make it really fast yiu jeed to just look for the gloves witg tge color of ias

if the ias color isnt there just close the page
