well, that one is better but DF is still better weapon than that one. to be good must have 2 open sockets , if that weapon had 2 open sokets+cold mastery it would be a great one

Both would be viable to use, but you really want 2 sockets on them. For PVM there are much better options. Even just an Occy with it's added mods
