Wondering what gear is a necessity for completing ubers with a smiter

I obviously won't have exile or anything like that, just the easiest gear to obtain on single player

I mean you just use a life tap wand and a res aura so you don't get one bopped and you're in good shape as long as you have cb

things like loh, gface, and soe will be helpful also but I'm pretty sure you could do it even if you don't have all of those

Isn't he also going to need cannot be frozen, respectable attack speed, prevent monster heal? Also good resistance to counter Mephistos aura... because he can easily kill you with life tap on, so at the very least, a Treachery proc is a must. And if we're talking hardcore here, what you're suggesting is far from enough.

I'd craft a blood belt for open wounds. Here is the recipe:

Magical Belt
or Mesh Belt (Excep)
or Mithril Coil (Elite)
+ Jewel (any)
+ Tal Rune (#7)
+ Perfect Ruby

I did ubers with low budget gear many times. CB + Life Tap + open wounds will do the trick.

I am never talking about hardcore; what I suggested was the bare minimum to complete it, not to have a completely safe run

I get it now, my bad... Even though that bare minimum is still way too minimal for me. Possible to complete or not, i would never even think of attempting ubers with that kind of gear.
