Do they require AR or is it a spell that will always hit? The lvl 6-18-30 frost arrows and the lvl 6-12-24 fire ones.

The splash damage will go off and hit regardless. The arrow's initial hit, including other on-hit effects (like pierce) do require that it successfully passes an AR/DEF check.

IME if you're playing a magezon IA/EA + FA w.e AR you have from passives and +skills is enough to pierce frequently and land a lot more splash damage. YMMV

Im using a ''Peace'' Amazon runeword armor. With 2% chance to summon a lvl 15 valk. She gets summoned sometimes, but usually after like 20-30 sec she dissapears. Im not removing the armor, im not even switching weapons, i didnt run 200 miles, she just arrives on a strike, then dissapears like 30sec later idk why. Any idea on how to get her to stay?

edit: using javalins, not bow. but i might switch to bow later. would it work better with bow?

Im pretty sure this is a common bug thats been around for ever. I cant remember if having a hard skill pt in Valk fixes it, but if not there is no solution.
