Whats the best (minimum) level to gamble rings,+2 ammy, other gear for a Classic Barb?

+2 is affix level 90 on ammy and gambling will be -5 / +4 of your clvl. So I guess minimum level 86 to have a chance at one, and level 95 to have a guaranteed chance for one with every single gamble.

I dont see me making it anywhere near 95, lol.
But i'd be lucky to make it to the 86.
Now that i've beaten hell Diablo i've gotten bored. Could be labeled as DIZZY (considering the WW)

Haven't seen any progress posted on urs in the last couple days.
