Pvm: pb: ias is irrelevant, dmg matters
Pvp: ba: youll need 34+ ias afaik, but this could be ww too idk

Ias is irrelevant for ww barb. Already hit max ias bp with 30ias on pb. 32 ias is needed for pitzerker to hit that 42ias bp from goldwrap

IDK IAS breakpoints for frenzy barb, but you'll easily hit max breakpoint with LoH I think
