I would switch to Angelic ammy/Ring for the insane amount of AR it gives or just use Highlords and Bul-Kathos.

Shael/Shael for a IK maul is standard but keep the 15/30’s Maul and just make another and test them on Hell Baal? Time them.

BER is armor is cool, the two Fal is pointless tho and should be any of these:

40/15 x2(or what you can afford?)
BER/BER?
IST/IST since it’s got MF?

I'm no pro or anything but when i played, i always put Ber's in every IK piece. More DR and CB overall.

But Everyone always say to double Shael it for the WW Breakpoints.

agreed and swapped most.

the bp can be achieved with 2 15ias jewels as well. just has to hit the 70% in wep. as for the fals they were for start. now they are ist ist and 2 ravens with highlords
merc is eth reaper with ber gface with cham eth treach.
may consider the angelics. have them just in case. honestly wanted him to just mess around with but seriously considering swapping to botd and nigma because it's a lot slower than i remember lol

15ias 40ed twice in weapon,
30max jewels in other slots.
Highlord's amulet, Ravenfrost, BK ring.

Might mercenary with Pride and +skills helm and armor (like Andariel and CoH).

Anyway he will be slower than 2 Griefs, but nice to play in solo games.

Reason for full IK ? - as this is PVM forum im guessing its not a set dueller. If you've found Ber you most likely could find Lo in Lk just as easy so start farming?

I guess asking for improvements obviously would lead to ditching ik and going for a higher tier end game build
