Single Pass Rules:
• Always players 8 (bosses and countess included).
• Hardcore
• Absolutely no rerunning maps or bosses.
• All items are solo self found; However, I will "retire" items to shared stash. These stashed items will not be used once stashed.
• Plugy is only to be used for the extended stash; no restatting, reskilling, or ubers.

The intention is to theory craft a single build, avoiding respec, that can handle all aspects of the game but still presents some challenge. My goal is to full clear every map and defeat Hell Baal. I will be streaming this run everyday on twitch.

I have very little zon experience. It seems like a magezon (freezing/immolation arrow) might not be so difficult gearing for untwinked play. I'll be using FA as a main attack with IA being secondary and coupled with Exploding Arrow for cold immunes. I intend to use "Peace" in lieu of investing hard points into valk. I will be taking all passive 1pts. The goal for the gear is to maximize +skills. The goal will be to use a "Melody" on a +3 bow as a main weapon for pack clearing. I'd like to get a "Harmony" on swap along with some CB gloves and will use Guided Arrow to try and kill bosses / difficult monsters. I'm not sure how this will play out in practice, but this is the initial goal.

Levels 1-11 started very slowly. Trying to kill shamans behind their packs was a little tedious. Even Blood Raven was a longer fight than usual.

However after getting my first point in Exploding Arrow things picked up a nice steady pace - mana chugging aside.

I found a nice early rare amulet in catacombs, along with a lenymo. Gorefoot dropped of Andariel. I found 4 early uniques despite 0 mf for Act 1. This was unusual, but not unwelcome.

I think things will pick up in pace in Act 2. Unravelers shouldn't be a problem this run

I slapped on an mf helm in act 2 before ending the stream. I'll probably do the same for the chest tomorrow once I can shop one. I'll eventually cube up some better fire sockets for some other 3os hunter bows I've saved.

I'm constantly chugging mana and running out of pots. Not too unlike the start of my last run (Avenger). Hopefully I find another sol in normal for an early "insight". Chugging more than makes for the pay out though. We clear fast. So fast I forgot to screenshot most of today, but that's okay. It was really uneventful. Yesterday 0 mf 4 uniques. Today I got to 90 mf, 0 uniques go figure. I'll very likely be just over 100 mf at some point tomorrow.

I did find my first stag bow. +1 skills and 3os to boot!

I already have a ral and 2x ruby in a hunter's bow. But I have enough runes to put 2 Rals in this and will probably start off Act 3 with this bow tomorrow.

Duriel was surprisingly easy. Even with very few points invested into immolation arrow, he just melted. His drops are par for the course:

Here's where I ended up with gear and stats. Still mostly investing in vit. I won't be taking dex or str much past 70 this run. (note 71 Cold Res is remaining thawing potions post Duriel)

I started today trying to shop for another 3os Breastplate to get some additional MF; I came across these 24 mf gloves and decided just to move on and not worry about the BP. That said. A3 and A4 were very uneventful. Bosses are much easier than I anticipated. Surprisingly even with triple digit MF I've not seen a single unique since 0 MF. Lots of runes were dropping. Nothing I need quite yet. I switched to a 3x Ral +1bow Stag bow.

Meph's drops were typical

Sadly no Amn rune from hellforge. It'd be pretty nice to make "Peace" before normal baal just for the lulz. Lvl 15 valk vs Baal would be interesting. Fingers crossed for a shael and amn in a5.

Diablo's drops were much like his brother's drops. This fight was a little bit longer. Merc and Valk melted. I just tried to keep IA stacked under Diablo, weaving some FA in as I sidestepped his lightning.

Like I said, I pretty uneventful day. I could really use an early "Insight" and a larger mana pool. I finally ditched lenymo for a 4 slot belt too.

Hey - enjoying watching the streams in the background while I do chores or tend my daughter. Sanders boots get no love? The mf isn’t working out for you. But I guess single pass you really need to get some drops so you need those mf booties... Good luck in A5
