Currently I have a build with a full tal rasha and it does its job well in PVM, but I would like to better understand the game. Thanks for your help.

stop building coh on any character unless if you're mentally degenerate and actually consider it to be a decent item

CoH is terrible

vmagi > coh. the additional fcr yields lower tele and lightning frames (assuming your other gears allow for >= 117 fcr)

too much useless mods
too few useful mods

can't be that hard to understand i guess if you just google that item and imagine it on a sorc
