Hi guys, as per title basically!

I have a titan sorc who is in act 3 hell, the build is 100% strength with the exception of Dex, which I've allowed myself to up to the highest dexterity. I'm not playing her often but she's required a lot of thought and a different approach.

Currently she's using a Moser's shield socketed Diamond/Eld, but with Raven and Anni the eld isn't actually needed for max block - is it worth Shael-ing for faster block rate?

Years ago I ran Whistans on a niche incredibly tanky ES/FB sorc and it was amazing - is faster block rate a big deal in your experience

If relevant: 700-900 life depending on MF, 200-230 Dex depending on Eq

It’s nice for being able to tele out of a crowd without being stuck blocking, but I’m thinking that on your type of sorc you aren’t really going to be making the kind of teleports that would put you in that situation anyways. Probably more res stack is better. Also, plain Whistan doesn’t give any higher faster block rate breakpoint than plain mosers does, so if you were using unshaeled Whistan and loved it then unshaeled mosers is the same block speed so you should love it also haha.
