i use death col sword in the other hand and i have nice ias gloves, no highlords yet (metal grid atm), no ias belt and no ias in the helm

i was just wondering what kind of breakpoints i can hit and what i should shoot for frenzy barb

Prolly enough when wsm

Then your breakpoints are (with weapon glitch, and level 24-26 frenzy) :
0% off-weapon ias = 12 frames
16% = 11 frames
65% = 10 frames (fastest possible)
