With few people in game :

Act 2 offensive
Andariel (+2 Might)
CoH (+2 Might)
Pride

In most situations, mercenary will arrive after the battle. He has no chance of casting Decrepify.

With many people in game : what other said.
In this case, he will generally have the time to follow you and help with Reaper.
