Seeing the max speed of a bear sin is pretty cool, that'll do it.

Bearsin and ww are fastest hitters

if you mean most melee attacks per second, it's ww barb at 12.5
if you mean most melee attack animations per second, it's kicksin 3/3/3/.../7 then bear anything (4fpa)
if you mean best melee char, it's charged strike, or if you don't count charged strike as melee, then post #3
