this way you have amp which is great for bosses, but you can't get 95ias, so 65ias with faster bow and so less flat dmg

OR
wf 40ed 15ias + razortail + atma, and a1 merc with faith lvl13+
this way you also have amp, about the same dmg as faith shadow but lower chance to hit, so max penetrate
