Bypass light immunes or mind blast them until merc can clear.

Make him an obedience?

You need an armor upgrade. vmagi, smoke, treachery?

1 pt d talon and get yourself gores/crescent moon/black

ignore light immunes
madawc you can break with lower resist wand
maggot lair scarabs are annoying, either let merc do the work or use dragon flight to skip

Dclaw
On 2nd slot you can use dual claw with high ed to deal with immunes.
Cloak of Shadows, and you and Emilio can slap them

Same. Every reset I hope for an early Shako at NM Baal but so far, it has never happened lol
