Self-found gear is also kind of an assumed thing with rules, unless the person doing the WT says otherwise I assume the character is untwinked.
Goals are whatever you want them to be :) Beat hell Baal, make a nice endgame runeword, find a rare GG item for the build, whatever makes it fun for you!

Countess has a higher rune drop rate on p1. That’s why people drop down to p1 for her specifically. Actually, most mf is best on p3 unless you are playing a super op character like hammerdin or blizz. But yeah, people are usually doing p8 anyways just because that’s the meta I guess!
