Go back and farm in nightmare or farm ancient tunnels as blizz

Is this players 8? You need to get alot higher level before hell

In P1 just keep being blizz, tele past nasty things/reset map. You can clear sanctuary A4 as blizz too. A5 bit trickier. On higher settings go back to NM and go for your dual spec of choice

I would do NM Baal or Chaos runs until you are lvl 70-75, you could sprinkle some Meph runs in but I would'nt was a lot of time on it. Pure Blizz can get you to Meph in Hell, then you can run him and AT until you get some better gear. Then dual respec and get through A4 and A5. I feel there is only so much you can get in NM that will really help you progress, dual spec really needs +skills to make clearing Chaos easier. You can start dropping better runes in Hell and you can get your spirit Monarch and a better Insight base and armor for your Merc.

With RNG you never know though, I found the runes to make a HOTO before finding an Occy, then found Viper while doing NM Cows (P8) looking for a 40s Flail and I had been doing NM and Hell Meph for awhile before that.
