it does but not very much if Li java since you do low phys damage compared to the mana cost

it only works for the physical part of the damage, not the elemntal part of the damage
i have both mana steal and mana after each kill and i still need to chug mana potions every now and then on java-zon for pvm.

another option for you could be to just run with phoenix shield for the redemption aura
