Either the skill or razortail belt? Does I help me kill monsters faster or can I just skip it?

Imagine throwing 1 javelin that splits into 40 bolts of lightning

Imagine it pierced and does the exact same thing to every monster it pierces

Piece is very important for Java

9 points in pierce and belt with + skill ofc u don't need 9 hard points just total
