if you already have good gear and good killing speed... kill monsters like they said (pits, cows, ect.)
but if you struggle to kill efficiently in hell, maybe LK is the better choice.

I always had good luck with thresher in tower lvl 5.. not sure if it’s actually a good spot or not.. but good luck can’t go wrong with pits like the others have said
