Hi everyone,

Since this ladder started , and this mod came out, there is a char I didn't really considered, it's the druid.

As all classes, I know his caster version is the most effective :'(
But I am not interested.

How about the true fighters version ? Melee , wolf or bear ?

Can it performs well in hell ? Can it run every zone of the game considering good gear is equipped ? Not utrist, I have my unkillable frenzy barb for this already.

Take the wolf , is it a one button play wonder like the lammerdin or you can do things like, let's say, a zerk barb ( different cries depending on situation, using concentration or zerk , leap.. etc)

If yes, would grief + storm be as good as ribcracker upped ?

Both Wolf and Bear are actually fun to play.
Wolf would be a safer choice and the one that would clear areas quicker.
Bear would be a funnier choice that you will hardly get bored of.
Since you're ladder (and not singleplayer), if you play solo in private games you can probably clean hell act5 half naked.


Both use more than 1 skill (compared to hdin), and therefore you can choose more ways of killing monsters.
You have single target attacks, aoe attacks, you wines can provide you with either life regen, mana regen or extra poison damage. your spirits can provide you with either extra life or extra damage.
there's a lot of possibilities and shapeshifter is fun char to play

Wolf only gets ias from weapon, unlike zealer for example.
You can go:
Phase Blade Grief + Stormshield to hit 5 frames Fury

For 2 handed either upped ribby or a Tombreaver (eth if you can get it) with ZOD + x2 15ias/adds jewels. 15/15 is nice for some extra resi

*Fireclaw/Summons
*Fireclaw/Maul
*Maul
*=shockwave

werewolf:
*Fury
*Fury/Rabies
*Rabies/Summons

another non-ele build worth mentioning is The Hunter: Summons + Bow, an elemental but non-op variant being The Shaman: Summons + fire elements.

witchwild --> upgraded witchwild or faith

Tried it, very difficult, but possible lol. Damage is very nice if you can focus it onto one target. It's mediocre at best vs large groups but serviceable once you have faith + reaper's toll lol. The kind of build that can just barely scrape you to an acceptable killing speed through eye-bleed-inducing grinding. It's great fun! Coolest build out there lol. I personally died in nm a5 haha embarrassing. (but made one on bnet for fun)

Gotta admit, not my proudest fap, but far from worst one.

I guess Treachery or Forti would be really good end game armors, but Tyraels with that juicy blue style would be marriage material

I'm tempted to make a vanilla one, but it's hard to commit to something when you are so certain you will die before a2 hell lol, makes it hard to care. holy shock zealer prob has a better shot

tbh I managed to get to a3 hell with holy shock zealer and it wasnt too bad.
lost files with Hard Drive malfunction that my local paki couldn't fix
