Hi everyone.

After lurking a lot I have finally found informations about A2 mercenaires auras.
It seems that if you hire a Merc in normal and lvl him he will reach higher aura lvl.

In my case I am thinking of blessed ail if I am correct, hired in normal should lead in lvl 18 aura.

+ Skillls seems to work, so I could potentially reach lvl 22 aura on him with Andy and let's say COH ?

Please tell me if I am correct.

Why would you do that? Not sur that +4 blessed aim is relevent at all

Well, I wanted to know if we could over the lvl18 that is the max blessed aim Merc can get naturally if I hire him from normal.
The +4 is just because I like to put Andy on him, COH I am rich enough but well.
If find interesting the fact it is potentially possible to reach lvl 22 aura onnlrrc, which is huge. But is it really true ?

Does'nt seem hard to verify by gearing your merc and watching your AR grow, outside the town, or I'm missing something?

You are right, but my build isn't done yet, so I can't.
There is so many players with knowledge of the game on this forum I thought why not ask ?
I wouldn't be surprised aura is capped, but I'll have to check when I will be able

+2 ba skill > fort?

The question was not what is superior, the question was : are Merc aura capped or not, simply.
Fortitude bring things to Merc like DMG Armor, life, COH bring others like more res, str, leech, DMG RDC, mf, skills ( if it's not capped ?)etc, it is different. I did not post this to say COH is better or anything. I just asked a question because I wanted to know and i couldn't check myself.

+skill will effect a merc if he has the ability.
+skills will effect a merc if it is a generic +all.
+skills will not effect a merc if it is + to a class.
+skills will not effect a merc if it is an ability given to him via item. (Like an aura)

The answer is yes

Coh for merc: useless res + you get ll from andy + useless str + useless 2skill + 25mf(lol) . Only great thing is the dr%

Id like to know why you want +4skills tho why is this relevant in any mean?
