Why would this be good? You can litteraly shop theses with 1-4 socket

Nowhere to shop monarchs afaik but this still sucks

socket quest can give magical (blue) items 1-2 sockets at a 50:50 chance.

white/grey items can have up to maximum allowed sockets based on ilvl of item. but magical/blue only 1-2 at 50:50 chance from larzuk.

to get 4os on a magical item you need the "jeweler's" prefix.
