if i use a Scissors Quab 5LS on my primary hand and a 5LS Suwayyah on my off hand?


the Quab is 2Sin 3LS 40ias and the Suwayyah is 2sin 3LS 30ias


both are rare claws so im not sure how much ias i will need to hit max BP

This would get better responses in the character builds and discussion area I would think. But at the end of the day you need +shako ias
