Hello friends!

Been lurking here and liked most of the walkthroughs so far, so I thought I'd make my own WT.

This is mostly for my own fun and progress, but if at least one of you like this WT it will be worth the posting.

I'm a huge fan of the Jurassic Park movies (and the first Jurassic World movie) so I named my Druid Robert Muldoon
who is one of my favorite characters from the first Jurassic Park movie. Some of you might know him for the "Clever Girl" line
who gets eaten by Velociraptors. He is the closest thing to druid from the movies due to his knowledge of animals.

This walkthrough will have Plugy due to the increased stash size because I want to play and farm up for several characters
outside of the WT. However this is my first character so I obviously will not have any items to start with. If this is successful
and I continue doing walkthroughs, they will always be self found items only even though I might have items in the stash that
would help me. I will be playing progress on Players 8 only, reruns can be done lower.

My strategy
I've gotten from LLamaSC during his speed runs. I will however not be speed running but I will
be going Fissure until Act 3 NM is completed, then switch to wind because Fire immunes start showing up in Act 4 NM.

End skill points
[20]Hurricane, [20]Tornados, [20]Cyclone armor and [20]Twister for synergies. Rest of the points after
prerequisites will be going into mostly Oak sage but also Grizzly bear. Not sure if I only need 1 in Grizzly for it to survive. I guess
it depends on my gear. Might have to put a couple of extra in Grizzly before good gear and then respec and put more in Oak.

My approach
I will be doing this on Softcore since this is my first "Single player" character, however I will play this as a Hardcore character and
as a small twist, each time I die I have to throw out one item that I have equipped. (No charms). This does not make up for the
"hardcordiness" of hardcore but at least it's something!

End goals
Enigma (Yeah right....)
Hoto (Maybe doable)
Shako (This should be doable)
Maras (Meh, doubt it)
Double Soj (Pffft)
Spirit Shield (Should be easy, don't know if I should go Monarch or lower, so much str req)
Arachnid belt (Doubt, but doable)
Sandstorms (Should be doable)
Magefists (Should be easy)
CTA (Huge doubt)

For Merc
Andariel's Visage (Doubt)
Fortitude? (Not a chance)
Reapers or high insight (Insight no probs)

Goal for me is to be able to farm areas such as Pits, Ancient Tunnels and Meph Hell.

GL mate, put in the time to get to Hell act 3 for LK/Meph runs and then just chip away at it.

Looking forward to some nice drops.

Good luck bro!
Imo don't even throw out a weapon if you die just because your char is softcore. Enjoy the game, make a nice WT with your druid, and people will enjoy. If not? their loss. You should have fun!!

Nice description :) Good luck
Though, runes for Nigma, cta & Hoto can be pain in ass. Prepare yourself for 10-15k Lower Kurast runs.
Every your goal except magefisf is hard, even shako.
For example, there was a WT with set only werewolf. And he farmed NM Meph more than a 1k times to get Guillaumes Face... maybe bad luck.
Also switch sandstorm treks to waterwalks or aldurs. Much better.

Yeah I suppose! I will take notes of how many runs each item takes to get as well, just for fun!

I agree with not throwing your items away if you die.

Fook that bro, it's your time you'd be throwing away! People will enjoy your WT regardless, their are fewer and fewer of us making them now.

Again gl mate.

So I decided to start this walkthrough in Nightmare to spare you guys of the "boring" normal stuff. However I have a "highlight" of my normal adventure
and that was finding a Gull dagger on my countess runs! It dropped from an Archer pack.

I won't have use for it yet since I'm using a Leaf staff for 3+ fireskills. But when I start farming Andy and Mephisto I will be switching to it!

So at level 50 I decided to go to Nightmare. Not sure if it's too early but I felt that players 8 in Act5 Normal died from a single Fissure so my damage should
hold up! I guess I will find out!

So right off the bat, doing first quest gave me a Hel rune.
Not sure if I need it yet but it's nice to have!

My damage is fine for players 8 on Nightmare,
so it went like a breeze. I continued and almost "rushed" Act 1
but found these goodies on my way to Andariel and during a
couple of Andariel runs. Perfect mercenary upgrades
compared to what I had then.

I got really frustrated at Fissure since mobs who
stand still take so little damage from Fissure,
so I used my first respec and switched to Wind early. Oh man it was sweet!

After a couple of Andariel runs (only about 10-15x)
I continued through Act 2. Again this was kind of rushed since it was so
easy and there was really no reason to go slow.

Duriel was kind of tough but if I ressurrected my
mercenary I was able to spam Tornados and take
big chunks before going to town.

Act 3 is nice, alot of dense mobs. I really feel that I lack FHR when there are a pack of those
small little dudes blowing stones at me, it's hard to
get any tornados out. Collected Eye and Brain and on my
way to the big Tree dude I found something amazing
This baby is gonna last me a long time!
