anyone knows why there's no HC option on es2d ?
i ticked the HC box in client before running the game but it's still not there

Just copy any char file with normal done into the save folder, and you will be able to create HC char.

Essentially, at the time, the game required you to have beaten softcore before you could play hardcore.

ah jeez. would have thought they fixed it after years of thing being up and running.

i guess they did in later versions - but since ure playing v1.07 ure still at the mercy of old things etc

Just rush through on players 1 shouldn’t take long
