I enabled the recipe but all im getting are +1 skills. About 60 rings rolled. Must be either something glitchy on my part or was this guy bluffing? Althrough Lurkerlounge was a quite knowledgeable website, it was OG even before incgamers/amazonbasin or whatever. So it seems highly unlikely
Even tho its common sense im not exactly sure how to read the +class skills property in 1.08 in excel
