What is the highest level ever achieved in diablo without entering Hell difficulty?

I’ve seen some in the low 80s but that’s it.

on non expansion, hardcore ladder, i've seen level 92-93.
So I would imagine on expansion with baal runs, 96+ easily

considering that, level 94 on classic is like getting 99 on expansion.

i think it was easier before, i was in level 82 way back with a soso, but now it feels like u get like zero xp if creature is same or lower lvl than urself.

like my lvl 92 gold baba, it has never leveled up in travi xD

Above 90's in nightmare.. Screw that, lol. I think I would rather take the risk of death than 6 billion runs
