long time I haven't been playing, I tried to catch up by reading some guides but i still have some doubts.

Some assumptions:
- I have an hardcore sorceress with full tal set + spirit shield + 2 nagelrings + chances gloves + wt, +75@ in hell thanks to some sc charms, no annihilus, no torch
- No money for infinity/light sorc
- Total 461 mf
- Skilled with Blizzard + synergies

Three questions:
- where is the best place to mf? Ancient tunnels or Andy/Mephisto runs?
Ok, every guide mentions the best places, my question is about the most efficient route (considering my assumptions above). Most say "go ancients tunnels", but I guess Mephisto/Andariel should drop better items (even though they can't drop most of HRs - I know, this is important, but considering I'm not botting, my chances are very low)?
- Is it better full game or alone?
I mean, maybe in ancients tunnel full games are the best (even though my runs are slower), while if I go with Andariel/Mephisto runs is it the same? To me, the Andy/Mephisto drops are pretty the same either in alone or full games.
- (OT - not related to magic find): how to spend skill on blizz sorcs after having spent all the points in blizzard/synergies/cold master (at the -100% point)? Warmth or what?

Try single player hc /players 8 instead of bnet.

play hammerdin with shako 'ptopaz/ist' (huge mf)

Andy/meph for common uniques
AT for exp, hrs and high uniques like griffon/df/death web

P5-p8 have the same boss drops
P7 has the highest drop chances on non bosses

Id go for
100-150 cold mastery.
Maxing all synergies.
1pt shiver armor.
Warmth if it suits you
Static for more range is more a classic thing.

This is what I would hit with a character like that:
-Mausoleum since there are no cold immunes IIRC
-Ancient Tunnels
-Pop the super chests in Lower Kurast
-Andariel
-Mephisto
-Kill the Specters in Arcane Sanctuary

Basically high level areas with the lowest amount of cold immunes

Once you find some items like a 4os Eth Thresher or Giant Thresher (Those are the fastest bases for a Merc weapon) to make an Insight in so your Merc can help kill cold immunes, a good eth armor base socketed with the cube recipe for more defense to make Treachery in so your Merc can have more IAS, Venom & Fade and other helpful items, then start farming level 85 areas.
